Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic business development Manager to join the Marketing team. The Business Development Manager will build new relationships, qualify marketing leads and drive new sales opportunities for new names – You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from creating the need all the way to proposal, negotiation and close. The successful candidate will be strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and not afraid of building relations and being creative to raise interest in Fortune 500 to want to learn more about our solutions. You love to help other professionals address their business needs while learning and trying new things!What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end process of building relationships (research, identify, contact) with both inbound and outbound prospects and closing a deal with your client – You will have access to the expertise and support you need during the sales cycle
  • Be an expert in the industry and know what our clients need from us – first impression matters
  • Develop a sales pipeline through sales and marketing activities and manage weekly sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Accountable for driving business and achieving an annual sales target
  • Use the latest tech stack available to our team such as LinkedIn sales navigator, Zoominfo, HubSpot, SalesFlow, 6Sense and so much more to build your pipeline and build relationship
  • Strategize on how you will approach new prospects and what value proposition you will use
  • Be active part of the team, be creative and help the team achieve their goals
  • Be creative by using video and social media, … to grow your network and business
  • Build strong working relationships across Director and above levels of the customer organization
What you need to bring:
  • University degree (MBA is a plus)
  • 5 years of experience in business development or consultative sales or demand generation (preferably in enterprise technology)
  • Proven track record of creating relationships and guiding clients/ creating value for them while utilizing your solution/offering
  • True out of the box and strategic thinker
  • A problem-solver who is savvy to our clients’ industries and is motivated to find creative solutions for clients’ needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Great if you speak French as well)
  • Committed to culture of positivity and high performance and you are not shy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
