What we are looking for - Charged Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Business Development Manager to manage relationships with publishers, partners,amp; business development, with a focus on customer acquisition. This role requires solid communication and sales skills, as well as strong data analysis skills.   • Own the business development of our affiliate programs.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with critical and strategic partners of our network of sites.
  • Manage existing relationships with key affiliate partners, establishing success plans and executing that vision with partners to grow sales via partnerships.
  • Work closely with BI, creatives, contentamp; marketing teams to effectively execute on promotional opportunities.
  • Build and nurture opportunities and partnerships through effective networking and communication, always advocating for mutual value and win/win initiatives.
  • Sync regularly with internal teams to align initiatives.
  • Develop affiliate incentives to hit customer acquisition goals as well as meet P amp;L expectations.
  • Analyze traffic sources, metrics, and patterns both on PC and on mobile web properties to create test cases. Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive subscriber volume.
  • Provide consistent and practical support to Executives on forecasting and new business opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends, and effectively serve affiliates with a focus on their success.
  • Use A/B testing and optimization tools to drive revenue, recommend the development of new landing pages, and recommend optimization and improvement ideas for current pages.
Must-haves:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B affiliate sales, business development, marketing campaigns, online marketing and sales, or related functions.
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in economics, marketing, business, or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing (may include some experience with sales or business development) with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships, and direct response campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliate #39;s programs and expand upon that success.
  • The ability to organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics.
  • Data analytic skills to report campaign performance, and detect potential opportunities or issues.
  • Exceptional communicationamp; initiative, internally and externally.
  • Resourceful and creative, able to come up with new ideas, solve or avoid problems innovatively, and quickly adapt to evolving situations.
  • Knowledge of web/digital marketing performance KPIs like CPA, CPM, CPC, PPL, etc.
  • Possible travel to trade shows (2-4 conferences annually).
Nice to have:
  • E-commerce sales or online marketing sales experiences, including media buying.
  • Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
  • Familiarity with LGBTQ+ communities.
  • Experience in leveraging analytics programs such as Google Analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills preferred.
