MandateOur Business Intelligence team is looking for a BI Analyst specialized in web data and visualization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data, curious and resourceful to support the various departments of the company. Your sense of initiative and innovation will lead you to develop dashboards, performance indicators, and decision support tools.Reporting to the Digital and Business Intelligence Director, the BI Analyst will have the opportunity to benefit from a variety of expertise to support you in your work, improve your knowledge and develop your expertise. You will also be called upon from time to time by your colleagues to assist in the production of reports and analysis on other subjects, or to collaborate on other projects.Main responsibilities
  • Based on business needs, identify sources and data required for report development;
  • Coordinate integration activities with technical experts;
  • In collaboration with the various departments, develop dashboards and performance indicators to make relevant information available to the various teams;
  • Maintain, support and evolve existing dashboards and reports;
  • Ensure data quality and investigate anomalies;
  • Manage access to the various reports;
  • Write all documentation related to the tasks performed
  • Support the immediate team in all other analysis and project tasks;
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a data analysis function;
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (analytics, e-commerce, marketing)
  • Experience in report creation and visualization (data import, modeling, visualization)
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other visualization software (PowerBI)
  • Experience in using databases and SQL language
  • Experience in data extraction and transformation (ETL)
  • Knowledge of Python and Airflow (asset)
  • Bilingual (French and English)
