Become part of the West Island Cats & Dogs team - where the well-being of our clients and their pets is our priority. .We are currently looking for new team members to help with cat sitting, in the Verdun, Lasalle and NDG areas.*NB – If you do not include a cover letter, the areas you’re willing to work in and a current CV, your candidature will not be considered.The position is comprised of (but not limited to):- General cat care (food, water, litter)- WICD’s Level of cat care (Love, Attention, Comfort, Daily Journals)- House Checks (verification of safety)- Light household duties (mail, trash, plant watering etc…)- Inter-team and inter-client communication on a daily basis- Teamwork- Light data entryNB*Travel time to and from cat/house visits is unpaid but distance is kept as low as possible to save time and gasOur Caregivers must possess the following qualities:- Love for cats- Be respectful and responsible to the cats- Be trustworthy- Be punctual- Be attentive to details- Have a strong work ethic and take pride in a job well done- Be a professional, effective and timely communicator- Possess the ability to work within a team environment and also semi-autonomously- Be comfortable with technology (emails, texts, social media etc…)Must haves:- Ability to work either weekends and all holidays or weekdays and all holidays- Cell phone and data plan- Valid licenseAssets:- Experience with catsHere are the areas we are looking forGroup 1: Verdun, Lasalle, NDG etcGroup 2 : Plateau, Rosemont, Villeray, HOMA, downtown etc* You can choose more than 1 group or specify which other areas you are willing to work in!!If you think the above role is for you, send us your Cover Letter, Group Selection and CV.*NB – If you do not include a cover letter, the areas you’re willing to work in and a current CV, your candidature will not be considered.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, ContractJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 15-30 per weekSalary: $16.00-$22.00 per hourSchedule:
