Job Description

Client Experience Associate – Full-Time [Fintech] Beanstox is an early-stage fintech, now expanding its team in Montreal, with a focus on growth in US markets of clients using the Beanstox App for automated investing and other personal financial services. Beanstox was co-founded by Kevin O’Leary, Chairman, to focus on the US consumer market, which Beanstox estimates has an under-served addressable market of over 100 million Americans.Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)Great Opportunity: Join a driven team, work in a fast-paced consumer-facing tech environment, learn about investment management, touch multiple facets of the business, and grow your career with the company. This is a unique opportunity to join a Montreal based team with focus on US markets.About the Team: Members share a passion to learn, to grow the business, and to serve clients well. Expect to work alongside colleagues with a “get it done” attitude who, when necessary, take on responsibilities outside their job description.The Role – Client Experience Associate (Permanent):

  • Focus on providing clients the best experience possible
  • Manage customer support communications by email (and occasionally by phone)
  • Solve client issues with speed and accuracy
  • Monitor and report daily customer support performance metrics
  • Quickly identify potential tech platform issues and escalate for quick resolution Client
What We’re Looking for:
  • Ability to perform even when situations are stressful or have tight deadlines
  • Willing to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule at times
  • Desire to learn about fintech, investing, business building
  • Comfortable as user of mobile banking/investing apps
  • Sense of accountability, ownership, and pride in your work
Skills You’ll Need:
  • Excellent communicator, written and spoken English
  • Curious and good problem solver
  • Comfortable with data and extracting information
  • Attention to detail
Qualifications Sought:
  • Business (Finance, Accounting) or Computer Engineering Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in tech or financial services
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Programming knowledge (Python, VBA)
  • CFA Charter holder, Masters in Finance or other business certifications
