We’re proud to be Canada’s leading provider of broadband network and communication services for businesses and governments.In response to our growing portfolio of projects to expand and implement solutions for additional customers, the Bell Business Markets services delivery team is growing and there is an immediate need for an Integrator.Prime responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the architecture and configuration of the various collaboration and unified communications applications. Mainly CISCO (CUCM, UCCX, Webex), Microsoft.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members (technical advisor, project manager, technician).
Other responsibilities include:
  • Works in collaboration with the sales teams to design, estimate and review the solutions offered to customers.
  • Participates in the development of the practice and is considered a subject matter expert on the technologies he works on.
  • Responsible for the technical documentation of the delivered solution.
Experience / Education required:
  • University or college diploma in a relevant field; for example in engineering or technical (DEC).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the deployment and configuration of collaboration and unified communication solutions (CISCO, Microsoft, etc.).
  • May hold certifications (CISCO, MICROSOFT, IBM, ITIL, CompTIA, SNIA, in project management, etc.).
  • Any experience in the deployment of CISCOs WebEx platform will be considered an important asset.
  • Ability to work in a complex technological environment with multiple integrations with third-party applications (ex: Genesys, Komutel, Nuance, XMedius FAX, etc.).
  • Strong skills in clearly documenting setup activities.
  • Ease of understanding customer needs in order to translate them into technological solutions.
  • Good experience in the development of implementation plan, migration and tests.
  • Good knowledge of the following technological elements: LAN, WAN, DNS, LDAP, NTP, Firewall, Windows, Linux, etc.
