What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Content Writer. The primary role of the Content Writer is ideal for someone who has a great interest in digital marketing/film production, creative content, and scriptwriting. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, communicative, and savvy about advertising, video production, and scriptwriting. Learn more about us here (link to http://paperstreetmedia.com/) Responsibilities:Learn daily pre-production and marketing related tasks and work closely with the Marketingamp; Content team to fulfill various products with:

• Create unique content and ensure scenes are ready for member #39;s area via title/description
• QA and edit content that already exists in the member #39;s area or is soon to exist in the member #39;s area
• Watch trailers and write titles and scene descriptions
• Create additional types of content:
  • Product review style content.
  • Discount/coupon code/promo content.
  • User experience instructional content.
  • Model biography content.
  • Category-centric content.
• Creating and updating titles and other metadata for each website.
• Creating copy for banner use.
• Blog post and guest post blogging.
• Identify and come up with trends and new creative ideas from the web to be used.
• Update word and excel documents for production and post-production.
• Data entry for title and description content that goes live onto the site.
• Read and QA all scene titles and descriptions published on all sites.
• Provide production and marketing teams with any content creation help needed..
• Analyze the market online to find key trends to recreate in our department.
• Other ad-hoc projects.
• Be present for any and all team check-ins/meetings.
• Keep the content team tracker current based on completed and planned tasks.
• Complete weekly POW.
• Maintain training documentation in adherence to our current strategy.
• Create style guides for new and existing series.
• Spend time in ideation sessions related to new content strategies for writing.
• Update scorecards weekly.

Must haves:

• Passionate about film production, video production, creative content, scriptwriting, or other related fields.
• Education background in English or Literature major preferred.
• Experience in SEO/Digital Marketing/Advertising is a plus.
• Comfortable with adult content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner and hard worker
• Adaptable, capable of managing multiple deadlines, changing deadlines, delegating responsibility for tasks
• Self-directed worker but also a team player.
• Great interest in the adult industry.
