To apply, please fill out the form below and send it with your resume before January 16th, 2022.Our Job OfferReporting to the Director, Plan Sponsor Services, the Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Plan Sponsor Service Representatives and coordinating the workload. Collaborate in the evolution and implementation of the service model across Canada. He/she will also perform various tasks as outlined below.The incumbent is expected to:
  • Be the point person for all plan sponsor services
  • Coordinate work and harmonize practices across Canada with the coordinators and department heads of other internal services;
  • Actively participate in the welcoming and integration of new members
  • Ensure quality management of service to plan members, particularly by accompanying service representatives to clients offices (and virtual installation) on occasion to ensure a standard of presentation;
  • Ensure the management of deadlines
  • Validate and periodically update planholder service procedures with the various insurers and ensure that internal procedures are established, documented in the knowledge base and communicated to others;
  • Participate in testing following the implementation of new work tools in private management or following improvements made to these tools;
  • Communicate to AGA+ services all new practices or general information (e.g. new group, reminder of a procedure) relevant to the holding of activities and to any other sector of activity if necessary;
  • Manage all activities of the department with employers, ensure the efficiency of work methods, see to the application of procedures and what is required (satisfaction surveys, duly completed dashboards, ...);
  • Organize and, if necessary, participate in membership campaigns (in the case of major accounts);
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Compile service statistics;
  • Ensure the training of new team members
  • Actively participate in team meetings (comments, directives, reminders, etc.);
  • Actively participate in the recruitment of new team members
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • College diploma and license in the group insurance discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in group insurance, specifically in customer service is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the business environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to protect the confidentiality of information
  • Demonstrate flexibility and organizational skills
  • Versatility, resourcefulness, great autonomy
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Well-developed sense of responsibility.
  • Positive leader in actions and words
  • Valid drivers license and possess a vehicle for travel
