SUMMARY OF THE POSITIONReporting to the Quality/Continuous Improvement and Planning Supervisor, the Coordinator - Quality and Continuous Improvement supports the quality management system and its application, and plays an important role within the team. They perform routine analysis and verification as part of a quality assurance program that includes data analysis, system and product evaluation, and technology quality. In addition, they ensure that the raw materials of products in process, bulk products or finished products comply with standards.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Coordinate procedures related to quality (audits of finished products, management of non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement, etc.);
• Receive and manage internal and external non-conformities;
• Keep the non-conformity management system up to date (data entry);
• Work closely with other teams to analyze and solve the root causes;
• Perform internal audits for the quality system;
• Provide technical support for daily operations;
• Analyze quality data and provide reports monthly or as requested;
• Use customer feedback to improve products and services;
• Participate and support continuous improvement activities.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

• 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally in a similar role;
• DCS / DEC (asset).
• Bilingual (French, English): ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing as good communication skills are required to work well within the team and across departments on a daily basis;
• Customer oriented - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers;
• Demonstrates attention to detail and precision;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Demonstrates autonomy and is able to work in a team;
• Ability to interpret and analyze statistics;
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team;
• Demonstrate rigor, a good sense of organization and management of daily priorities;
• Flexible and available;
• Excellent computer skills (presentation, report, follow-up...);
• Master the Microsoft Office suite;
• Knowledge of Globetek Octa Oracle software (asset);
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard (asset).
