It is privately held and has achieved high double digit annual growth and profitability since its inception.Job DescriptionReporting to the Associate Manager of Studio Merchandise, the Coordinator, Studio Merchandise will act as a liaison between Logistics, Distribution Center, and Studio Producing, ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the studio. Through proper merchandise planning, he/she will be responsible for tracking shipments and deliveries to the studio and developing efficient stock flow processes for Womenswear, Menswear and/or Everything Else product categories. Working closely with all Studio functions, the ideal candidate is highly collaborative and demonstrates the ability to plan efficiently.ResponsabilitesMerchandise Management - 80%

  • Track the reception and return of products to and from the Distribution Center and monitor the accuracy of inventory and locations at all times
  • Conduct product pulls as required
  • Liaise between stock receiving, buying, marketing, and ecommerce studio production to establish effective communication of updates
  • Work in conjunction with Studio Producing to process and move new merchandise into production according to determined prioritization
  • Assist and support the producing team by informing on inbound status (stock, brands, styles, shipments, sizes, etc)
  • Control inventory levels and assortment by identifying what merchandise should be kept in the closet according to ecommerce art direction and style guides
  • Analyze inventory reports and production trends to ensure balanced merchandise flow in, through, and out of the Studio
  • Track and report any inventory issues, such as inaccurate product information and/or defective products and resolve in a timely manner to ensure production timelines are met
  • Receive and track all vendor samples for special projects and high traffic launches, recommend production flow and timeline according to the agreed return date
Training and Development - 10%
  • Support the Studio Merchandise team with onboarding related tasks, help in developing training materials and participate in providing training on studio production tools and guidelines
Continuous Improvement - 10%
  • Collaborate on business initiatives to improve daily operations and productivity as it relates to production processes, standardization, and stock flow efficiency
  • Contribute to visual and content production projects to optimize business performance through accurate merchandise planning
Qualifications
  • College or University diploma in Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field an asset
  • 2-3 years experience in coordination or logistics within a fashion or e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of textiles and garment care, an asset
  • Experience working with apparel, an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Knowledge of WMS systems, an asset
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, an asset
  • Must be open to working evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to walk 5 km per day with equipment and/or stand for extended periods, when required
