They will also mobilize volunteers according to their availability and prepare schedules.Duties:

  • Contact candidates by telephone and email.
  • Select volunteers based on the criteria established for various capacities.
  • Share information and documentation related to tasks to selected volunteers.
  • Mobilize volunteers in accordance to their availability.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to mobilization in accordance with established regulations and procedures.
  • Simultaneously complete mobilization and schedules tables on various platforms i.e., Excel, Smartsheet and Teams.
  • Prepare volunteer resources shifts schedules.
  • Update databases and lists.
  • Maintain daily volunteer resources statistics
  • Perform all other required duties.
What we are looking for:
  • A vocational diploma in secretarial studies, or any other relevant combination of education and experience.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service.
  • Efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to work with various computer tools.
  • Excellent knowledge and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Smartsheet.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Ability to work professionally as part of a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to set priorities and show leadership.
Working conditions:
  • The incumbent might be required to work non-traditional hours (i.e., late night or weekends) and long hours in a demanding context.
  • They may need to perform on-call duty outside of regular work hours.
  • This position requires a satisfactory criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
