Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReporting to the Manager CRM, the CRM Analyst is part of the team that provide the business with actionable and accurate information to enable data-driven decision-making. You achieve this through your passion and analytics skills to deliver on strategies that drive sales and maximizing opportunities that will enable the Reitmans brand to thrive.

  • Develops and executes all operational dashboards required to analyze CRM initiatives and database progression;
  • Develops and executes ad hoc analysis under the guidance of CRM Manager and the overall CRM team in planning objectives and acting as a first contact for the field and other departments;
  • Responsible for preparing and implementing all segments for email marketing campaigns via SQL queries;
  • Implementsamp; optimizes automated journeys in collaboration with the Marketing automation team and the CRM Manager;
  • Responsible for CRM events coordination: Maintain event tracking; Coordinate mailings for all email campaigns including development of segments and deliverables to the E-Commerce team;
  • Participate in long term customer analysis of CRM team by helping CRM Manager in extracting data and executing primary analysis;
  • Develops, executes and optimizes the weekly process to extract data for marketing reports and data revenue reports.
