  • Prépare et cuisine tous les repas selon les directives du chef exécutif
  • Respecte toutes les réglementations en matière de manipulation des aliments, de santé et de sécurité
  • Contrôle le gaspillage de nourriture
*Fonctionne rapidement et en toute sécurité pour fournir un service client rapide *Maintient les zones de préparation et de stockage de manière propre, rangée et sûre
  • Tenir des registres des quantités utilisées et aider à la commande de nourriture et de fournitures
  • Assure une bonne rotation des stocks périssables
  • Se conformer à toutes les politiques et exigences en matière de santé et de sécurité
Le candidat idéal :
  • Baccalauréat Diplômée de lécole culinaire 3 à 5 ans dexpérience, excellant dans un environnement déquipe
  • Sera en mesure de travailler des quarts de matin et de jour, y compris les fins de semaine

  • Prepares and cooks all meals according to Executive Chef’s direction
  • Follows all food handling, health and safety regulations
  • Controls waste of food
  • Works swiftly and safely to deliver quick client service
  • Maintains prep and storage areas in a clean, tidy and safe manner
  • Keep records of quantities used and assists with food and supplies ordering
  • Ensures proper rotation of perishable stocks
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
The ideal candidate:
  • High school diploma
  • Culinary school graduate
  • 3-5 years previous experience, excelling in a team environment
  • Will be able to work morning and day shifts, including weekends
  • Must be enthusiastic about producing good food and kitchen culture
The measures of success:
  • Contribution to financial objectives
  • Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
  • Feedback from internal and external clients
