Job Description

Are you looking for a customer service position that offers telecommuting 4 days a week and flexibility in your work scheduleDo you want to work for a company that offers full benefits and cares about its employeesHeres an offer you dont want to miss!This world-renowned company is looking for a bilingual Roadside Assistance Agent who will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries over the phone. As an Assistance Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with insured customers.Assistance calls can be for example, towing, battery boost, flat tire change, gas delivery, door unlocking, etc.The calls are never the same, which is what makes the job so entertaining!In this position, it is very important to provide quality customer service by listening to customers on the phone and helping them. You will be responsible for arranging assistance to solve their problems, no matter what the customers needs may be.Roadside Assistance AgentPermanent position - full time 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Telecommuting 4 days out of 5 + one day per week at the office (Wednesday) Office location: Downtown Montreal near McGill metroSchedule: You must be available Monday to Sunday from 7am to midnight.Schedules will vary depending on the seniority of the agentsAdvantagesBenefits offered:- Tele work 4 days out of 5 - 1 day in the office

ResponsibilitiesDaily duties will include:
  • Answer calls and provide quality customer service
  • Assist customers on the phone and respond to their requests immediately
  • Request customer and vehicle information, identify problem, research customer location
  • Implement assistance solutions
Create a follow-up file and make the necessary notes in the computer systemQualificationsSkills required:
  • Bilingual (English, French) spoken and written
  • Experience in face to face or telephone customer service (call center experience is a plus!)
  • Be able to travel to McGill Metro on Wednesdays
  • Be a team player and part of a great team
  • Be available Monday to Sunday for a schedule that can vary between 7am and midnight
