Job Description

Are you looking for a customer service opportunity that allows you to work from home 30 hours a weekDo you want to be part of a reputable company that offers solid benefits after 3 months and cares about its employeesThis company, which specializes in tourism and has a worldwide presence, is currently looking for a bilingual customer service agent.As a Travelers Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with insured customers who are out of the country. To do this, you must be a good listener, able to handle unexpected and stressful situations.You will provide excellent customer service while actively listening to customers and demonstrating empathy. You will offer assistance to travelers to resolve their current concerns. Some calls may be about a need for hospitalization, an injury during a tour, etc.This is a challenging role as every call is different.- Assistance agent - 4 days of work at home and 1 day in the office (Downtown Montreal)- Permanent position with full benefits - Full time 37.5 h

  • Schedule: You must be available Monday to Sunday from 7am to Midnight (12am)
It will vary according to the seniority of the agents.Advantages

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls for assistance
  • Provide good and impeccable customer service
  • Assist customers with their requests and follow up
  • Request customer information, identify the problem, research the customers location
  • Implement assistance solutions
  • Create a file, take the necessary notes in the computer system
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service over the phone (call center or help desk experience is an asset)
  • Be bilingual (English, French)
  • Be able to work from home and willing to travel 1 day to the office
  • Be a team player
  • Be available during the day and weekends (Monday to Sunday from 7am to midnight ) (5 days a week)
