If you are excited about solving game-changing challenges, cutting edge technologies and pushing the boundaries of entertainment, we invite you to join our journey and help us create the unknown.Job DescriptionThe position is to be filled in Montreal, in the IT department of Ubisoft, and more specifically in the Publishing Services department, in the area in charge of the development of CRM - Marketing Automation tools.You will reinforce an international Media team (Paris, Montreal), composed of various profiles (business analyst, administrator, product owner). This team is responsible for Media products and initiatives, including Datorama and in-house solutions. As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be focused on designing, developing solutions in Datorama & Handmade solution environment.Responsibilities

  • Understand the business needs and participate in the functional & technical conception;
  • Design, develop, test and maintain the Datorama activities;
  • Automate data processing and implement qualitative monitoring;
  • Actively participate in post-production support like troubleshooting, optimization and ROI evaluation;
  • Ensure that formal and exhaustive documentation is produced for all development deliverables;
  • Make proposals on how to improve and maintain existing dashboard;
  • Collaborate with other teams, collegues and different stakeholders;
  • Actively participate to knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Agile environnement;
  • Good understanding of technical areas such as data manipulation & BI (Snowflake, API is an asset) & reporting tools such as Tableau;
  • Good understanding of any cloud data warehouse (SaaS) and cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure);
  • Excellent synthesis, information gathering, visual representation of requirements, and writing skills that simplify information;
  • Ability to get out of your comfort zone, be persistent, autonomous and results-oriented by asking open-ended questions to ensure the proper evolution of the needs.
