The skys the limit!Job DescriptionAs a Digital Account Supervisor, you will be the main client contact on the brands assigned by the agency, helping to lead and carry out successful digital projects and integrated campaigns (across social, website content, ECRM, eCommerce, etc.), while contributing to yearly digital planning. We are looking for someone who wants to set themselves apart with their passion for digital platforms, their understanding of ecosystems and their pursuit of uncompromising quality.In your role, you will work closely with the primary client in Montreal, the agency team in Toronto, as well as the client’s global digital marketing team.You will also be involved in projects involving traditional media such as TV and OLVs.Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly plan each step of all digital projects and their related deadlines
  • Work in close collaboration with the teams involved on a digital project: strategy, creative, production, and analytics in order to meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients through close monitoring of projects and continuous communication
  • Advise clients on best practices in digital marketing
  • Translate customer needs into technical considerations for the design and production team and ensure they are understood and respected
  • Be an advocate for identifying data-rich insights as an input to digital strategies and creative outputs
  • Evaluate and solve problems that may arise during the realization of digital projects by developing innovative and creative and data-driven recommendations
  • Develop presentations as requested for client and/or agency meetings and marketing plans
  • Monitor daily administrative activities and the profitability of digital projects.
Qualifications
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing in an advertising agency
  • You have a bachelors degree in marketing or any other related field
  • You are on the lookout for new trends and you follow new technologies and market developments with curiosity
  • You have an excellent analytical mind and you can easily understand and simplify technical concepts and data conversations
  • You have an excellent sense of organization and the ability to effectively coordinate several stakeholders
  • You are able to juggle several projects simultaneously while staying focused on your priorities
  • You have good listening and negotiating skills and you are recognized as a team player
  • You are fluent in English as well as French, both orally and in writing
