Company DescriptionEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Montreal, QC, Canada or Toronto, ON, Canada (~Remote)Are you a talented and experienced Digital Analyst with a passion for driving user acquisition and retentionThe growth team at diff is growing and in need of a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the team. As a Digital Analyst, you will work with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to measure, understand and report on e-commerce experiences. You will support account management in building e-commerce strategies and roadmaps through data. You will also work closely with our development team to support A/B testing, monitoring and reporting on features. • Generate, maintain and present reports to measure digital performance
• Conduct and support A/B testing with various optimization platforms
• Assist in meeting the web analytics needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other
• Work closely with account strategists and the development team on client growth
• Identify opportunities for further data analysis

Qualifications

• Trained user of Google 360 suite with reporting experience with excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords , Google Tag Manager, and SEO
• Minimum of 2 years of digital and web analytics experience
• Experience in operational details of web and campaign management, e.g. data & technical requirements, reporting processes, etc.
• Demonstrated success with data-driven web and marketing campaigns
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various technical levels
• A passion for data and a methodical approach to business growth

Bonus Points for...

• Experienced user of Shopify and/or other ecommerce systems
• Basic knowledge of web programming (HTML, CSS, and JS)
• Successful inbound marketing experience leveraging tactics such as email campaigns, marketing automation, and paid marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of Hubspot, and Social Media advertising
• Passion for e-commerce trends & technology
