From the design table to the stores and our digital channels, we are always finding new ways to create memorable customer experiences, backed by a strong brand portfolio and powered by the most passionate people in the industry.Job DescriptionReporting to the Supervisor Content Marketing, the Digital Content Specialist is responsible for the creation and editing of digital content. This indivudal participates in the research of opportunities (marketing themes and trends) that can be applied to different projects in order to create a complete experiential marketing campaign.

  • Develops, proposes and writes email content;
  • Develops and maintains exciting and relevant digital content on a continuous basis to increase the brand’s ‘fashionability’ and drive online traffic;
  • Gathers pertinent product information to share across all digital channels as well as for provides insights to the ecommerce, creative and content team;.
  • Understands the overarching brand merchandising objectives, and ensures the product is effectively enhanced across all digital and marketing touchpoints;
  • Working collaboratively with the Merchandising, Content and E-Commerce teams to ensure merchandise selected aligns with trends and stories across all touchpoints
Qualifications
  • University degree in Commerce, Marketing or relevant field of study;
  • 2 + years in digital marketing and ecommerce experience, ( retail industry an asset);
  • Experience copywriting in both French adn English.
