Our mission is to help our clients deliver top-quality cleanliness, safety, and Infection Management to their patients, customers, and co-workers.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team here at Walsh Integrated. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will work alongside our leadership team to deliver strong campaigns that will meet our company’s goals and objectives.We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.Digital Marketing Strategist Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement various digital strategies in collaboration with the leadership team to drive qualified traffic to Walsh Integrated.
  • Daily management and optimization of campaigns on paid social (ex: Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads) and paid search campaigns (ex: Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Structure and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Manages clients’ marketing programs/strategies on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
  • A bachelors degree
  • 1+ years as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role (in-depth experience working with eCommerce clients or bands a plus).
  • 1+ years of experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven track record in developing marketing strategies that have contributed to increased revenue, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Experience working with advertising budgets of over 10K per month
  • Experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely analytical - feels comfortable using numbers to make decisions.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Familiarity with teams.
  • Ability to learn/adapt fast.
  • Must have your own laptop to use for work.
