To learn more visit www.nespresso.com.Position SnapshotBusiness areas: NespressoJob title: eCommerce Analyst (18 months contract)Location: Montreal, CanadaGrade Level: 15Position SummaryThe eCommerce Analyst will perform thorough online customer journeys and eMerchandising analysis across all Nespresso Canada digital touchpoints. They will also build actionable recommendations of personalization and AB tests. In addition, they will provide recommendations across the eCommerce team, analyse customer journeys to support A/B testing hypothesis generation as well as pre/post A/B testing analysis.Web analytics data and insights are essential and instrumental to optimize online Customer Experience and maximize Sales Performance and customer satisfaction.A day in the life of an eCommerce Analyst-Analysis of projects and promotions

  • Analyze & identify possible courses of action to maximize performance across the multiple online customer journeys. Create dashboards, detailed analysis and post-mortems for each campaign and project.
  • Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, leading to insights & recommendations to drive additional traffic and sales, improve the customer experience and provide deep analysis of key on-site topics.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to optimize our prospect costumer journeys during media campaigns.
Personalization (focus of the role)
  • Work closely with the eBusiness team to provide insights and recommendations of personalized customer journeys on all digital platforms.
  • Align with Marketing team on prospects profiles in order to create adapted audiences for our acquisition campaigns.
  • Based on CRM segmentation and Club members online behaviour, propose taylor-cut customer journeys to existing database.
A/B testing
  • Work closely with HQ team to implement recommended changes as A/B tests. If not relevant for the Canadian market, propose local alternatives, validated by facts and local justification.
  • Work closely with UX team to identify pain points on our different digital platforms, analyze them with the support of our different tools (Google analytics, session cam, etc.) and provide recommendations for the implementation of alternative templates.
  • Validate statistical relevance of local A/B hypotesis & tests.
What will make you successful
  • Degree in a relevant field (eCommerce, marketing, business administration) required.
  • 5 years of experience as a digital analyst, working with web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of Google analytics.
  • Experience working with CRM data or Martech tools.
  • Advanced proficiency of session recording tools, SessionCam an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency of A/B testing tools, Google Optimize an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of UX design best practices an asset.
  • Experience with PowerBI, a plus.
  • Knowledge of database analysis and structure, an asset.
  • Experience in a multinational, cross channel environment, a plus.
  • Analytical, rigorous, disciplined and proactive.
  • Pragmatic and results oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
