From the design table to the stores and our digital channels, we are always finding new ways to create memorable customer experiences, backed by a strong brand portfolio and powered by the most passionate people in the industry.Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager, Ecommerce Transactions, the Analyst supports the Ecommerce department. The incumbent develops and modifies processes, assures that all issues are fixed efficiently and monitors systems.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and support E-commerce business system users to investigate issues, assessing the impact and expediting resolutions;
  • Researching issues, developing and presenting recommendations for improvement;
  • Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data;
  • Takes high level requests and breaks them down into details, identifying the impact to other systems and processes, and enabling IT or 3rd parties to complete projects or “fixes” efficiently, effectively and “bug free”;
  • Verification of integrations and service levels for order capture, payment and order fulfillment processes;
  • Monitors performance of the websites and their administrative systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science or related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the retail industry or have been actively involved in software/system implementations;
  • Familiar with XML, HTML, flat-file and database structure, and with CRM, customer service systems, e-mail marketing, SEM/SEO, affiliate marketing, or similar concepts;
  • Experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platform providers, order management systems, payment systems, MarketPlace and order fulfillment would be an asset;
  • Understanding of software development cycle including testing and QA, and build & release processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingualism is required (French & English) to be able to communicate with our third-party vendors based in the US and Germany.
