Job Description

Triumph is a national full service logistics partner.We have been well established since 1988 and continue to grow at a rapid pace.We offer a great working and environment with room to grow.This is a full time permanent position.No experience required-just enthusiasm to work in freight forwarding!Duties include:

  • Provide advance notice to customers on the status of the shipment
  • Obtain carrier invoice and manifest
  • Send manifest invoice and customs broker or customer
  • Follow up on containers with support from shipping lines and rail road carrier
  • OBL verification requirements and payment before shipment release
  • Entry of costs and approval of supplier invoice including invoice from overseas agent
  • Read, track and respond quickly to all inbound communications (customers and other domestic and overseas business partners) in order to adequately manage and control day-to-day operational issues
Requirements
  • Bilingual-English and French
  • Good communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to set priorities and organize assigned workload in an efficient manner
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to work under pressure
