Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionYou will provide support to internal and external clients on our multiple Finance systems, including, but not limited to, Oracle PeopleSoft (GL, AP, AM and matching module), Concur (expense reporting), SenSaaS and SysPro. You will mostly offer 1st level support but must also offer 2nd level support with respect to certain Finance systems.In this key role, you will:

  • Provide first level support for the following Finance systems: Concur, SenSaaS and Oracle PeopleSoft (GL, AP, AM module and matching module). Analyze user issues in order to troubleshoot them, and open requests for technical support from the various teams, as needed. Ensure the follow-up of current requests and their completion. Creation of user accounts.
  • Provide second level support for the following Finance systems: Oracle PeopleSoft (configuration and security). Analyze user requests for security issues in order to respect segregation of duties. Participate in the implementation of system improvements. Make configuration changes.
  • Act as an expert on the SysPro application, including month-end processing and configuration.
  • Maintain user support documentation for supported systems
QualificationsTo join our team, you need:
  • College degree in accounting, business technology management or a combination of education and equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience in a support role for various technologies and customer service.
  • Bilingualism (French and English both spoken and written)
