Sold in over 60 international markets, Joseph Ribkoff is a global emblem of quality and elegance.Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities.OBJECTIVE:Reporting to the Manager, Treasury & Planning, the Financial Analyst provides essential support to a dynamic, growing team and organization. The successful candidate collaborates with numerous functional areas to provide a wide range of impactful support to various business units.RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Participate actively in the accounting activities
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, and variance reporting
  • Map Budget with financial statements
  • Analyze the variance from month to month between actuals and budget
  • Prepare and enter month-end/year-end entries
  • Build BI reports for analysis and statistics needs
  • Perform payroll allocation and make sure the cost centers are used properly.
  • Responsible for our fleet reconciliation and schedule update
  • Prepare commission reports
  • Assist on all audit requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Experience working in an Accounting firm an asset
  • CPA / MBA designation, an asset
  • 5 to 7 years of pertinent work experience
  • Strong technical skills using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Experience working with reporting tools in Power BI, a must
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • Bilingual (written and verbal) a must
