(English to follow)ANALYSTE FINANCIER – OPÉRATIONSamp; PRODUCTION L #39;analyste financier dans le secteur manufacturier est un membre de l #39;équipe de production directement responsable d #39;aider la compagnie à atteindre ses objectifs financiers dans le cadre de l #39;opération de production. Il/elle doit être un(e) analyste financier polyvalent(e) et pratique, avec un fort désir de développer une compréhension des opérations commerciales et d #39;aider à identifier et à pousser les facteurs clés de l #39;entreprise. L #39;analyste doit être capable de développer de solides relations de travail avec les gestionnaires de production et avoir de solides compétences analytiques.Prérequis essentiels :· Baccalauréat/maîtrise, de préférence en finance ou en comptabilité· Minimum de deux ans d #39;expérience professionnelle pertinente après l #39;obtention du diplôme de premier cycle ; l #39;idéal est de posséder une expérience en tant qu #39;analyste financier dans une entreprise manufacturière de taille moyenne· Solides compétences en analyse financière et en gestion de projet· Esprit d #39;équipe avec d #39;excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication· Personne pragmatique souhaitant développer ses compétences générales en matière de gestion et de leadership· Capacité à travailler tant au niveau stratégique qu #39;opérationnel· Esprit entrepreneurial avec un fort désir de contribuer aux améliorations et aux résultatsResponsabilités principales :· Développer un processus d #39;inventaire physique mensuel pour s’assurer d’obtenir les comptes d’inventaire précis et en temps voulu, en plus de déterminer la cause de tout écart significatif.· Identifier les possibilités d #39;améliorer les taux de rebut sur les principaux articles en stock· Aider la direction à mettre en place une équipe de production consciente des enjeux financiers· Travailler avec les principaux gestionnaires de production pour développer et maintenir de bons contrôles financiers et une bonne discipline au sein d #39;une compagnie entrepreneuriale· Identifier les possibilités de réduction des coûtsManufacturing Financial Analyst is a member of the manufacturing team directly responsible for helping the Company to achieve its financial objectives in the manufacturing operation. He/she must be a well-rounded, hands-on financial analyst with a strong desire to develop an understanding of business operations and help identify and push key business drivers. Analyst must be able to develop strong working relationships with the operating managers and have strong analytical skills.KEY REQUIREMENTS· BS/MBA from accredited university preferably in finance or accounting· Minimum of two years of combined relevant work experience post undergraduate; Ideal background includes experience as financial analyst of mid-size manufacturing company· Strong financial analysis and project management skills· Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Hands-on person with interest in further developing general management and leadership skills· Able to work at both a strategic and operational level· Entrepreneurial with strong desire to help drive improvements and resultsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Develop a monthly physical inventory process to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts and root cause any significant discrepancies· Identify opportunities to improve scrap rates on major inventory items· Assist senior management in building a financially conscious manufacturing team· Work with key operating managers to develop and keep good financial controls and discipline within an entrepreneurial business· Identify opportunities for cost savings
