The projects involve the connected spaces of the individual insurance and financial services business lines.

  • Work closely with other team members including business people;
  • Conduct a needs analysis;
  • Document the functionalities to be implemented;
  • Prepare test cases;
  • Support the developer(s) you are working with;
  • Perform quality assurance;
  • Demonstrate very good leadership in your actions and interventions;
  • Demonstrate excellent team spirit and collaboration;
  • Be autonomous and responsible;
  • Be able to work on complex files;
  • Be able to work on several files at the same time with attention to detail.
When it just clicks!Does this sound like you
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology;
  • Experience in delivering projects in Agile mode;
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and others;
  • Good knowledge of individual insurance or financial services;
  • Strong functional and Quebec business analysis skills (asset);
  • Languages required:
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 2/446890 #LI-Hybrid
