• Develop and implement a cohesive plan for how PixMob will improve its internal operations to deliver growth internationally, in a fast paced environment
• Drive performance of multiple teams through measurable processes and systems to scale our business into European and Middle East markets
• Improve inter-organisation communication to achieve productivity gains
• Define strategy to mature international supply-chain and manufacturing capabilities to support rapid growth
• Create a culture of agile innovation and operational excellence
• Sustain service excellence and customer and employee satisfaction; develop processes for ongoing measurement of performance
• Lead the development of new ideas, systems or techniques around IT infrastructure systems and implementation
• Manage the Montreal office & other remote facilities
• Manage and optimize operating budgets

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience & expertise:People Leadership

• Previous experience leading an organization through a significant period of growth
• Building a culture of customer-centricity, inclusion and accountability
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Empathetic leadership
• Fluent in English and French

Technical Operating & Industry Experience

• 10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of operational excellence, international logistics and hardware manufacturing
• Experience in implementing and managing satellite offices in disparate time-zones
• Leadership experience in the technology industry & product development, both in hardware & software
• Experience in event industry is considered an asset
