Job Description

**Job Location: New York, USA**Applicant should be a Canadian citizen (TN Visa requirement) Our Generator Serviceamp; Maintenance Division is seeking qualified Generator Service Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test generators ranging from 10kw to 40kw while providing best-in-class service to customers!Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of diesel and gasoline engine experience required.
  • Prior experience working on standby generators (residential and industrial; 10kW-4,000kW) preferred.
  • Available for on-call and overtime hours as needed, especially during major power outages.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Accurate submission of service orders, repair quotes, and all generator data.
  • Clean driver’s license.
  • EGSA and OSHA certifications (or able to obtain each).
  • Electrical knowledge is a plus.
  • Team Player.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in mechanical and electrical fields, particularly with diesel generators.
