Job Description

Emplacement du poste:MontréalÉtat/Province:QuébecAs a member of the Health & Safety Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day administrative and coordination support to ensure the department is successful in meeting its goals and objectives. Throughout all business units within the Telecon Group, Health and safety is at the heart of our SMART values.Responsibilities:

  • Update compliance platforms/ data entry
  • Creating workers profiles in customer platforms
  • Fill in customer reporting
  • Work with training department to coordinate training activities
  • Organize the communication of information,
  • Participate in the development, monitoring, and implementation of the activities of the annual OHS action plan;
  • Prepare monthly reports for the different BU using Intelex
  • Support joint health and safety committees, meeting minutes, topic to follow up
  • Administrative support for the health and safety business partners in Ontario
  • Collaborate in the application and revision of the emergency measures plan;
  • Office health and safety inspections
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for occupational injuries and illness
  • Provide safety onboarding for non-field staff
  • Facilitated new hired orientation for all BU
  • Management of the SST management system platform (Intelex);
  • Collaborating with training department in verifying training records and certificates
  • Be a point of contact for all request in request to Ontario documentation
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Training in health and safety is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Above average computer skills; MS Office & Outlook.
  • Organized person
  • Fully bilingual French and English.
  • Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
