You will coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires as well offboarding activities when required. You will play an important role in leading and orchestrating engagement type activities to positively affect team morale, including team events and office well-being matters such as office lunches, snacks and drinks inventory. You will work with real estate and site operations to address office repairs, enhancements and moves. You will support HR related projects as required. You will take directions from the site operations leader and the Expertus HR Partner.You are technically proficient, able to work independently, flexible, adaptable, creative and a team player. You are able to work effectively in a demanding, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude and demeanor.
