While working in close collaboration with the HR, Payroll teams and IT teams you will ensure efficient processing of employee data (promotions, hierarchy changes, etc..) by communicating frequently and working closely with our managers and HR team. This position is the ‘hub’ of the HR administration process and is at the heart of the action on the Employee Experience team. You thrive on providing reliable customer service to users and internal teams, putting the ‘puzzle pieces’ together and delving into detail.This position offers a rich variety of work in addition to processing requests, such as special projects, HR reporting, internal communications and training, and working with a variety of HR system technologies supporting the Canadian operations. Furthermore, the continually evolving responsibilities of this department also allow team members to grow and to continue developing their skills and experience.
