You analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software based on the organizations needs. You take on shared responsibility for the quality of coded solutions.You draw on your ability to work with technology to develop and provide support for small- to medium-scale IT systems, programs and applications. You help analyze client needs and prioritize development activities. You plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work.You help implement development solutions and patches. The ability to manage complexity is therefore essential. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields.You advise and provide system support for clients and practitioners.As an integration analyst in the Majic squad in the Client Relations Centre of Expertise Administrative Department, you support IT efficiency and contribute to projects involving IT stability and sustainability, such as vulnerability management, strength and disaster recovery tests, updates and upgrades to Genesys and NICE software components (technologies associated with client relations centres), or infrastructure projects (telecom, phone system and office equipment) affecting these components.General Information on the PositionMain responsibilities

  • Help develop execution strategies and analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests), while applying development, data and security best practices
  • Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability. Help develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for peers and users
  • Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve medium- to high-severity system issues
  • Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions accordingly
  • Help install and test software packages and roll out applications.
Other working conditions
  • Schedule : Includes night shifts (several times a month) for rollouts
  • Workplace: Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with technologies associated with client relations centres (an asset)
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the Genesys platform (an asset)
  • Knowledge of NICE software (or equivalent): Engage (voice recordings) and WFM/EEM (workforce management) (an asset)
  • Knowledge of networks and telephone infrastructure (an asset)
