Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Inventory Team Lead, for our Storesamp; Warehousing Operations team, to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. We are looking for someone who is operationally hands-on, able to implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the optimal volume levels.

  • Motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organization #39;s objectives, regulations, and procedures.
  • Coordinate, organize and supervise work team to carry out various daily operational activities within the stores and ensure compliance with planning.
  • Take necessary measures to protect health and safety to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Take the necessary measures to protect the environment by enforcing the regulations and laws in force.
  • Distribute work between the different members of your team to operate the different stores optimally.
  • Support team members in resolving problems encountered.
  • Resolve daily shipping and receiving issues.
  • Carry out the evaluation of the receipt and shipment of orders in terms of integrity and quality.
  • Complianceamp; quality control. Communicate with purchasing for information related to the quality of products received and possible damage.
  • Ensure the reception, storage and distribution of products, spare parts and components.
  • Maintain registers and reports of receipts, issues and stocks.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement projects related to stores and inventories.
  • Get involved with team members in cyclical inventory counting.
  • Ensure order and cleanliness of stores and workplaces.
