Overview of The RoleResponsible for creating new documentation and keeping existing documentation organized and filed, within the space of Global Master Data Governance. Playing a key role in the overall transformation of the data quality program from a global vantage point.How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
  • Creating documentation
  • Identify documentation/business needs, scope, audience, deadlines and key stakeholders for internal, external, special projects and initiatives
  • Designs document management structures
  • Maintains documents in content repositories
  • Prepares, manages files for publication, including maintaining PDF properties and creating comprehensive searches
  • Provides research and support for historical documents
  • Manage Document Control throughout the lifecycle of the document
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:
  • Computer Science and/or Computer Networking studies
  • Documentation and/or administrative work
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
  • Creative thinker who is observant to seek new opportunities and perceptive to abstract ideas
  • Goal driven individual to seek out continuous improvement opportunities
  • The ability to take a collaborate approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences
  • Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements
  • Solid foundation of relevant technical skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft user, with Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrates behaviors of transparency, accountability agility and learning from others that will support your success
