You will ensure continuous and optimized operation and provisioning of IT systems, cloud and virtualized hosts, base operating system, and enterprise-level systems management and monitoring. You will respond to and resolve incidents and alerts, fulfill service and change request tickets, and assist in process improvement, documentation, and automation.Responsibilities:

  • Staging/testing, monitoring, configuring, planning, improving, migrating, implementing,
troubleshooting, and supporting cloud and on-premise server and client infrastructure;
  • Participate in various IT projects and contribute to general improvement of infrastructure
systems;
  • Monitor and maintain Backup jobs and systems to ensure data and systems are protected;
  • Provide team and end-user support for escalated tickets;
  • Oversee hardware/software asset management and license compliance;
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, such as recurring IT tasks and processes;
  • Occasionally required to work outside of normal business hours, and may be called during off
hours;
  • Perform other activities and duties as deemed necessary.
  • Hybrid environment -remote work is key with minimum physical presence required)
  • Flexibility with the working hours-must be connected during core hours or when there are support duties)
What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows System Administrator, or similar role;
  • Windows OS (Server/Client), Windows AD, Azure AD;
  • Microsoft Exchange Online / Exchange Server;
  • Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Management (Compute, Storage, Network, etc);
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration;
  • Microsoft DNS, DHCP, PKI, Print Services, Group Policies ;
  • Backup and data protection methodologies (preferred experience with Veeam software);
  • Scripting with PowerShell;
  • Bilingual.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with VMware infrastructure;
  • Experience with Intune (MDM);
  • Related certifications;
  • Related Post-Secondary Education or College degree in Computer Science.
