Every Amilian is incredibly invested in our mission to disrupt the status quo and help our clients achieve great things.What to expect:As Team Lead, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for our current team of system administrators and IT support specialists. You will ensure that processes, hardware and software requirements are in place to support the companys operations, as well as contribute to the decision-making process regarding new and existing tools.Our technologies:*

  • Windows Server/Client, IIS, SQL Server, Exchange and Active Directory;
  • Microsoft technologies MDT, WDS, WSUS, RDGW, DFS-N, DHCP, ADCS, LAPS ;
  • Microsoft Office 365 w/ Azure AD Sync;
  • Windows PowerShell;
  • Cisco, Wi-Fi Ubiquiti;
  • Nutanix, KVM, Docker, Podman;
  • FortiNet environment (FortiGate/FortiClient/FortiMail);
  • Ansible, Chocolatey, Lansweeper, Ubuntu Server, Proxmox, Ceph, Synology
    • Candidates are not expected to know all of these technologies! We just want you to know what to expect from us!
What youll be responsible for:
  • Managing the planning, maintenance and evolution of the office environment and infrastructure;
  • Managing and following up on IT implementation or upgrade projects with the various stakeholders;
  • Maintaining all IT security within the company;
  • Promoting best practices related to infrastructure management and user support;
  • Designing, implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies, standards and procedures as they relate to IT;
  • Ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested;
  • Participating in the recruitment and integration of new employees;
  • Determining the training needs of the team and the necessary coaching;
  • Being an ambassador Amilias culture and values; you will lead by example by adopting behaviors that embody our values.
What we want from you:
  • Bachelors degree or college diploma (DEC) in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in information technology management;
  • Experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting solutions such as Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, network switches, Wi-Fi;
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001;
  • Organizational skills and priority management;
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
