Here, you can: shape the future of insurance, win as a team, and grow with us.About the roleThe IT Vendor Management team is responsible for measuring, monitoring and optimizing our main vendors’ performance in order to create an added value for the IT department and help increase its efficiency. Each of the team’s specialists is responsible for managing their own vendor portfolio by taking appropriate measures to evaluate vendor’s performance, control costs, reduce potential risks, increase vendor’s agility and ultimately ensure an excellent service delivery and derive value through a long-term win-win relationship.What you’ll do here:IT Vendors Performance & Governance Management:

  • Track and optimize strategic vendors’ performance through detailed scorecards & KPIs.
  • Plan and lead periodic governance meetings with major vendors.
  • Keep a record of all outstanding issues and actively work towards their resolution.
  • Establish and maintain a healthy win-win relationship with IT strategic vendors.
  • Work closely with Procurement in order to proactively define IT contracts strategies.
  • Review contract drafts and provide feedback on relevant IT clauses (Software licencing, SLAs, etc.).
Other responsibilities:
  • Follow the contract onboarding process to make sure the contract is operationalized.
  • Put a vendor management and governance structure in place for new vendors.
  • Monitor contractual commitments for the contracts assigned (e.g.: Volume credits & notices).
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop new tools, process and documentation.
  • Prepare dashboards, executive summaries and other reports as required.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as required.
QualificationsWhat you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor or College Degree in administration, IT, supply chain or any relevant area.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive knowledge of Vendor Management and governance.
  • Good knowledge of Asset Management, Licence Management and Procurement best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT areas: Telecom, Telephony, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Security.
  • Experience working in an IT environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Good leadership and planning skills.
  • Finance area exposure/experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
