  • Track shipments, report issues and keep the ERP database updated
  • Maintain all records for delivery services and related logistics partners
  • Ensure cost effective solutions; troubleshoot issues and other import applications and shipping programs
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department by performing data analysis & building reports
  • Other administrative duties as required
Recognize yourself
  • 1-3 years of experience in an import/production/logistics role within the fashion industry
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Operations Management or Logistics – a strong asset
  • Excellent planning, organization, and delivery skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills; solid knowledge of ERP system
  • Bilingual French and English both written and spoken
  • Adept at multi-tasking, resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Sound decision making processes
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and possess a sense of urgency
  • MS Office: Intermediate level of Excel (Pivot tables and functions) and good working knowledge of Outlook
