Your challengeThe beauty outlet mission contributes to LOréal for the future (L4TF) sustainability program, reducing slow turnarounds and obsolete products while striving to limit product destruction, thereby respecting the environment. Share beauty with everyone by offering products between 40% and 80% rebate in a multi-division, multi-brand context. Under the responsibility of the Beauty Sales Director, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for occupational health and safety. The logistics manager ensures the logistical organization of the Retail events activities of the beauty outlet as well as the daily management of the activities including the Ecommerce in the respect of the procedures and the deadlines in order to maximize the productivity of the retail sale of the L’Oreal Canada Beauty Outlet.Your tasks and responsibilities, in more detail, consist of:Your main responsibility is to ensure sound management of human resources, logistics activities and priorities, operational health and safety, and compliance with the procedures in place.

• Plan HR budget and trend
• Plan operational activities budget and trend
• Responsible for Health Safety management and maintenance of the Beauty outlet building
• Supervise warehouse, sorting, merchandising, supply chain and other teams, as well as work closely with our external suppliers
• Responsible for inventory management including annual inventories and cycle counts
• Inventory analysis and work with division, supply chain and beauty outlet partners to develop strategies to reduce the risk of inventory loss
• Work in collaboration with the beauty outlet team and distribution center teams
• Track and monitor results. Analysis of the various KPIs implemented and development of action plans
• Guarantee and monitor inventory procedures and movements in our systems. Control inventory movements according to the best practices in place

Your profile

• University degree
• Have experience with supply chain and retail (major asset)
• Have team management experience
• Have inventory management experience
• Leadership, manage with autonomy and have excellent work organization skills while respecting deadlines and managing priorities
• Excellent ability and synthesis skills, analysis, creativity and innovation
• You have excellent French and English communication skills
• Ease and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, while working independently or as part of a team
• Positive state of mind, with a thirst for learning and the desire to have an impact for our collaborators and customers
• Ease of navigating and motivating oneself in a dynamic, constantly changing and performance-oriented environment
• Be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel pivot table/Research V, PowerPoint, Power Bi, TEAMS) and the ability to learn new SAP and POS systems
• Be available to work evenings and weekends when the store is open
