Our distribution reach is over 30 countries and growing.About the roleHAPLY is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Specialist with a product mindset. The ideal candidate not only excels in executing marketing plans, but also initiates and devises strategies to promote our company, people, and products. They are adaptable team players with agency, integrity, and grit, ready to take on new challenges as our company continues to grow.What you will do

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement marketing and branding strategies
  • Actively perform market research and target segmentation, identify opportunities to inform sales, business development and product roadmaps/pipelines
  • Help expand our product ecosystem into new market verticals
  • Follow and analyze industry news, press releases, events, tradeshows and market activities to identify trends and spot opportunities
  • Formulate and coordinate marketing activities internally and externally to promote our product, people, and company
  • Define product marketing requirements to enable a more intuitive and built-in messaging and branding, starting with contribution in revamp/redesign of our product packaging
  • Lead the design of our new website, and collaborate with the development team to strategize and plan its implementation and roll-out
  • Generate content and develop assets to market our products, such as graphical assets, photos and videos, branding material, product catalogues, presentations and decks
  • Manage our social media platforms by regularly copywriting posts, generating multimedia content, and engaging with our users and followers
What your experience looks like
  • Out-of-the-box thinker! with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership qualities, and ability to work autonomously
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to engage and work closely with both technical and commercial teams internally, and externally with customers, partners and suppliers
  • Bachelors degree in communications or marketing (or relevant experience)
  • Experience and interest in working with cameras to quickly build marketing material by generating photos and videos from novel product features, product demos, production activities, etc.
  • Graphics design, photo and video-editing experience to craft product marketing materials quickly and efficiently
  • Knowledge of graphics design and editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Gimp, Blender, Sketch–up, etc.
  • Experience with CRM tools for marketing automation, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
What will be nice to have
  • Experience in a high-technology environment
  • Experience in industries such as medical devices, medical simulation and training, or healthcare
  • Knowledge or interest in haptics and/or robotics technologies
  • Experience or interest in immersive technologies: VR/AR/XR
  • Practitioner of systematic, analytical and data-inspired approaches in decision-making
  • Have read, or have in their to-read list, the book “Crossing the Chasm” by Geoffrey Moore!
