Sounds like something you’re interested in Drop us a line!Introduction to the roleFrank And Oak implemented a strategic change in 2022 - we made the decision to move from an in-house warehouse/fulfilment approach to a strategic 3PL partnership. On top of numerous operational benefits, the decision to join forces with our new 3PL partner will be a key contributor to reaching our growth objectives and enabling our vision of a more sustainable supply chain.Role descriptionAs the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for owning our D2C and B2B fulfilment operations from end to end. On a day-to-day basis, you will own our relationships with some of our most strategic partners - 3PL, outbound shipping, and packaging suppliers, in addition to collaborating cross-functionally with our internal teams.You will also be accountable for establishing strategies to drive operational excellence, efficiency in the business and a strong customer experience. This role will be pivotal in contributing to Frank And Oak’s long-term success.3PL performance and relationship managementOwn the relationship with our 3PL and other fulfilment/logistics partners to ensure that day-to-day operations are executed efficiently and accurately in accordance with our SLAs, and maintain strong KPIs (Time to Receive, Time to Ship, Inventory Accuracy).Operations management and process improvementLead our fulfillment operations across different channels (Online, Retail, Wholesale), identifying opportunities and creating action plans to support the growth of the business and operational efficiency. You will own weekly and monthly reporting on operational KPIs, and lead the charge on maintaining and improving our SOPs, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.More precisely:

  • Working with Sourcing and Logistics to optimize inbound and outbound processes, including quality control
  • Optimize our Last-Mile and Returns experience for our customers (ex. Sustainable packaging, Cross-border returns, Omni-channel fulfilment)
  • Supporting retail operations with regard to store allocation, fulfillment, and supplies.
  • Support the business in growth initiatives such as serving new markets / Wholesale / International Expansion
  • Planning and management of supplies, including packaging, polybags, hang tags, and other branded materials
  • Own shipping cost optimization and maintain relationships with various partners, across all our channels (Shipping Carriers, Transportation/Distribution Networks)
  • Manage a small team of direct reports across various operational functions (Wholesale, Inventory and Reception, Order Management) and collaborate across the organization.
Required business & technical knowledge:
  • Experience with 3PLs, warehousing and inventory management
  • Experience working in the Consumer Goods industry - D2C and B2B Fulfillment
  • Experience establishing new SOPs in the context of fulfillment and 3PLs
  • Broad supply chain background (Demand planning, Inbound/Outbound, Cross-border, Customs, etc)
Who you are:
  • Genuinely a nice human being
  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in a hybrid workspace
  • Highly organized with an analytical/problem-solving mindset
  • Bilingual - French/English
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or other ERP systems, an asset
  • Experience with sourcing/producing branded packaging, an asset
