Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders primarily in housekeeping services. The Operations Supervisor will liaise between customers and assigned Lead Hands to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and expectations.Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Operations Supervisor is responsible to:

  • Effectively lead service delivery team for each assigned Client project, including service delivery team meetings, to ensure organizational commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Establish and maintain positive Client relationships and ensuring ongoing communication and reporting with each assigned Client on a schedule determined by the Scope of Work, and per our corporate guidelines and quality goals.
  • Maintain, manage, track, review, approve and/or complete all internal and external documentation or electronic logs for all assigned Client projects to satisfy monthly reporting requirements
  • Establish and maintain service schedules in appropriate system and report time & attendance to payroll for processing each pay period.
  • Conduct quality inspections as per audit schedule; review results and action any items.
  • Engage in regular Client meetings to maintain positive Client relationships and ensure ongoing project compliance
  • Conduct regular meetings with Lead Hand(s) assigned.
  • Identify or recognize additional opportunities (business development) for the organization and present them to the senior management team.
  • Identify and recommend process or quality improvement opportunities, and implement upon approval of senior management.
  • Identify and recruit new team members, and initiate onboarding, in accordance with corporate policies
Required Skills and Experience
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Ability to coordinate and operate in stressful situations in resolving quality or compliance issues.
  • Ability to organize work to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframes.
  • Proven track record in achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance.
  • Quick and decisive action in situations that involve uncertainty and / or significant risk. Is motivated to accomplish tasks on time.
  • Performs in a manner that makes a strong positive impression on others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to influence others both in their team and outside area of immediate responsibility.
  • Proven working experience and demonstrated comfort with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), accounting software, and other apps.

  • Experience in dealing with contractors and managing staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and influence multiple stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
