Air Liquide is listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange (compartment A) and belongs to the CAC 40, EURO STOXX 50 and FTSE4Good indexesMissions and ResponsibilitiesThe Americas hub Digital & IT team is responsible to build and support digitalization of Air Liquide businesses and operations, with a strong focus on value creation, total cost of ownership, user adoption and change management while ensuring reliable and safe operations.The Finance & ERP System Administrator provides high quality, secure technical and functional administrative support for the Oracle EBS environment. The system administrator will be part of a team that is responsible for providing “24 x 7 x 365” application maintenance and management support for Air Liquide’s operations in the Americas hub. This position will perform incident management for in-scope applications ensuring the incident is managed throughout its life cycle until the issue is closed. The system administrator’s performance will be measured via ticket and performance based KPIs.Major applications in scope include: Oracle EBS and related environments R12.2.x (financials, commercial, procurement, Mfg, Oracle mobile apps), ASCP, SOA, GRC, iStore, EDI, and OCC (Oracle Cloud Commerce).Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides Oracle EBS system administration and support.
  • Performs EBS R12 System Administrator activities: controlled access to application and periodic status reporting.
  • Performs Internal and External Audit Activities, applying knowledge of Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance Fusion Application (GRC). Conducts internal audits on a quarterly basis and facilitates efficient execution of external audits.
  • Maps Segregation of Duties concepts to the activities performed within the company. Captures the appropriate action to meet compliance like Responsibility Management, Function Management and User Setup Management.
  • Performs Oracle Application and GRC module setups as per business requirement and is involved in weekly and monthly migration activities.
  • Monitors workflows and promptly report on potential problems
  • Ensures data integrity when transferring between Oracle and other systems.
  • Proposes and develops different solutions to Air Liquide Business processes involving applications like HRMS, System Admin, i-Expense and GRC etc.
  • Supports Application Approval Management System (AMS).
  • Maintains and coordinates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Disaster Recovery Testing (DR).
  • Works with iExpense L1 support team to resolve issues.
  • Supports maintenance, patching and release management processes.
  • Recommends and implements efficiency improvements.
  • Follows and enforces Air Liquide’s change management processes.
  • Provides technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support
  • Produces technical documentation as required
Competencies and ProfileEducation, Training or Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline,
  • coupled with prior experience supporting complex business systems.
  • 5+ years experience working in IT support
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12
Language Requirements
  • English and French fluency required [C1/B2]
  • Spanish language ability a plus
General Requirements and Knowledge
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in supporting solutions on Oracle EBS platform
  • Functional knowledge of across multiple EBS modules
  • Proficiency in using SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Forms
  • Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) prefered
  • Solid verbal communication skills in English
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
