  • Perform data entry for various working papers for the department;
  • Write, file and update various documents;
  • Enter sales contract amounts into the system;
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and clerical activities of the department;
  • Enter the details of purchase and sale contracts;
  • Price Shipping tickets for Montrealamp; Laval;
  • Track market prices for orders with a non-fixed price (within 30 days);
  • Print sales reports by buyer and seller;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
