  • Accurately input orders details into spreadsheet or ERP;
  • Verify the accuracy of entered orders to ensure consistency and completeness;
  • Identify any error and modify promptly;
  • Enter sales contract amounts into the system;
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and clerical activities of the department;
  • Enter details of purchase and sale contracts;
  • Price Shipping tickets for Montrealamp; Laval;
  • Track market prices for orders with a non-fixed price (within 30 days);
  • Print sales reports by trader;
  • Keep records of all orders processed organized and up to date for easy access;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
