We believe an open data economy drives innovation for our customers in a rapid way.The RoleTickSmith seeks a Partner Program Manager to help build and manage strategic relationships with Global System Integrators, Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in North America.As the Partner Program Manager for North America, you will help partners drive business using TickSmith’s Data Web Store platform and will act as a trusted advisor in the journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings along with our partners. You will also be responsible for managing the core partner programs deployed to the current and prospective partner organizations.In this role, you will implement business development strategies with our North American partners to further adoption of the Data Web Store platform across our mutual customers. You’ll execute the solution strategy, work with cross-functional teams, foster critical relationships within the partner ecosystems and showcase TickSmith’s technology to these current and prospective partners.Additionally, you’ll partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Enablement teams to ensure success of the channel and will work to leverage your partner network to transform large organizations with TickSmith’s Data Web Store.Core Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline by collaborating with the Sales Team, and Global System Integrators, Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), to understand the needs of our customers and deliver a creative and optimal solution for our customers using TickSmith’s Data Web Store.
  • Identify and foster key strategic relationships with executives within current and prospective partner organizations.
  • Execute on partner program administrative requirements through the various partner portals to ensure TickSmith retains various credentials with our strategic partners.
  • Conduct sales enablement and platform training sessions for our strategic partners’ Sales and Presales teams.
  • Manage the delivery of various joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with partner accounts
Need to have
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales and/or business development and at least 2 of those years working with a top Global System Integrator, Global ISV or major Cloud Solution Provider.
  • Demonstrated success as an individual contributor growing pipeline and achieving above quota with major technology partners.
  • The preference to operate under performance expectations, and to hit personal objectives.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to articulate business problems and build diverse relationships at the personal and corporate level.
  • Ability to work with and as part of a team, as well as comfortable working with a high degree of independence.
  • Comfortable working remotely for the majority of the month.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other TickSmith offices and external meetings needed.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with data focused organizations (I.E. Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Oracle, etc)
  • Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
