Company DescriptionEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: RemotePosition OverviewDiff is looking for a motivated Partner Manager to execute our growth strategy on our Sales and Partnerships Team. As a Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing technology partners. In this role, you will act as the liaison between the partners with the internal Diff teams including sales, marketing, account management, and project teams, contributing to the overall revenue goals for diffKey Priorities

  • Leverage existing partner strategies identified and develop an integrated partnership plan that includes, but is not limited to:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on partner marketing strategy
  • Own and maintain partner database
  • In conjunction with the VP of Revenue, define metrics for Partner Qualified Leads and track progress
  • Become intimately informed about diff’s service delivery, it’s strengths and unique value proposition so company strengths can be amplified through marketing strategies
  • Find opportunities for diff’s team members to engage in events that will help position diff as an expert it the field
Job Description
  • Establish and manage relationships with a portfolio of technology partners and complimentary agency partners in the ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Develop a pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Enable partners in the Shopify platform ecosystem including how to sell, competitive differentiators, and value-add positioning of diff with Partner solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement partner collaborations and co-marketing initiatives that support lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Work collaboratively with your managed partners to support merchant implementations and remove roadblocks.
  • Represent Diff at Partner Events and Conferences to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Channel Management in a SaaS or ecommerce company.
  • An understanding of the ecommerce landscape, ecommerce technologies, and their business models.
  • A track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Understanding of how to manage a high volume of partners (50+).
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to be diplomatic in difficult situations.
  • Deep understanding on how to effectively educate partners.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accounts and to address issues with out-of-the-box solutions.
