As part of a globally regulated group, the company operates under the strict oversight of Canadian and Australian financial authorities, ensuring secure and compliant operations across multiple regions.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Payment Operations Specialist with a passion for ensuring seamless fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. In this role, you #39;ll handle the full payment lifecycle from execution to reconciliation working closely with banks and third-party providers to resolve any issues and improve efficiency. You #39;ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor daily fiat and cryptocurrency payments (on-ramp and off-ramp) for a global customer base.
  • Reconcile payment flows, ensuring all funds are accurately credited and debited.
  • Monitor transaction flows and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth payment operations.
  • Collaborate with banks and third-party payment providers to address delays or issues in transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements related to payments.
  • Provide timely and efficient customer support for payment-related queries, troubleshooting transaction errors when needed.
  • Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways to expand service offerings.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports on payment operations for management review.
  • Continuously improve and optimize payment processing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in payment processing, banking, or financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot payment issues effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transaction processing.
