Job SummaryRaymond James Ltd. is seeking a student enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business to work in our Montreal Private Client branch as a summer intern.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe summer intern will be exposed to various products and roles available within Wealth Management and will have the opportunity to gain insight into the Montreal branch specifically as well as to add value through their unique perspective and strong academic background. The role’s primary responsibility will be to support the branch management team.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of
  • MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Skill in
  • Analytics;
  • Written, Verbal and Interpersonal communication; and
  • Organization and time management.
Ability to
  • Prioritize;
  • Multitask;
  • Work in a dynamic team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner; and
  • Show flexibility and willingness to assist others as required.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
  • Minimum two completed year of study in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business or Finance;
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset; and
  • Bilingualism in French is required to work out of our Quebec location.
Licenses/Certifications
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is a definite asset.
